Community Impact Coordinator

     United Way of Lee County is looking to hire a Community Impact Coordinator. The Community Impact Coordinator plays a pivotal role encompassing two main areas: 211 Call Center Specialist and Donor Support Services. In the capacity of a 211 Call Center Specialist, the coordinator warmly greets callers, assesses their requirements, and dispenses essential information and aid, including referrals. Meticulously documenting call data in the 211 Software and preserving current records of job-related correspondence are paramount. Additionally, the coordinator bridges into the realm of Donor Support Services, collaborating with the Campaign Manager and Executive Director to oversee an array of tasks. These encompass CRM Database Management, assistance in account card management, processing donations in CRM software, generating weekly "turn-in" reports, participating in campaign meetings, managing pledge/payment data within the CRM system, drafting and disseminating appreciative donor letters and associated materials, accurately handling deposit slips and reconciling with reports for banking, producing monthly A/R reports for the Bookkeeper, and contributing to preparations for the annual audit.
