Andrea Mitchell is the Economic Development Manager – Entrepreneurial and Technology Programs for the City of Auburn Economic Development Department and has worked in the department for 15 years. Andrea is responsible for managing the entrepreneurial activities through developing strategies, programs and processes to improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem and works with the start-up community to support their growth in Auburn. Andrea received her bachelor’s in psychology from Auburn University, a master’s in Elementary Education from Auburn University at Montgomery and an MBA from Troy University. She has served on several boards and committees over the years and looks forward to continuing to serve Lee County on the United Way Board.
