Molly Williams

Molly Williams is the Marketing Specialist at United Way of Lee County, where she helps advance community-focused initiatives through strategic communication and outreach. Prior to her current role, Molly served as the Next Gen Administrative Assistant at Alpharetta First Baptist Church from 2022 to 2024 and as the Public Relations Coordinator for the Alabama Sheriffs Youth Ranches from 2020 to 2022.

Jan Busby

Born and raised in Auburn, I’m proud to now raise my two sons in the community I’ve always called home. As a Community Impact Coordinator and 211 Call Specialist, I’m passionate about connecting people with vital nonprofit services and resources. I believe deeply in the power of community support and the life-changing impact of local organizations.

Tipi Miller

Tipi Miller was raised in Lee County and has been in the non-profit world for 24 years. After graduating from Auburn University in Supply Chain Management, Tipi worked at United Way of Central Alabama for 4 years. Upon returning to the Auburn/Opelika area, Tipi began working for the Opelika Chamber of Commerce as Membership Director. In 2009, Tipi was hired as Executive Director of Keep Opelika Beautiful. For 13 years, Tipi loved working with volunteers to develop community gardens, school gardens and encourage students to be good stewards of the environment.

Brittany Spillman

Brittany Spillman is Director of Community and Collegiate Programs at Auburn University’s Cary Center, where she leads outreach for nonprofit professionals. With over a decade in education and a strong background in philanthropy, she is passionate about community engagement and servant leadership.

Mackenzie Poole

Mackenzie is the Vice President of the Opelika Chamber. Originally from Roswell, Georgia, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management and a Master's in Public Administration from Troy University. She previously worked for the City of Troy in the Community Engagement & Special Projects Department as well as Troy University's Student Involvement Office until she began her role at the Opelika Chamber in 2019 as the Manager of Programs and Events.
